Sleep makes you more beautiful. It is a fact proven by science. The result of a recent study conducted by some Swedish researchers, has shown the positive effect of a healthy sleep. The longer you sleep, the healthier and more beautiful you are.
The study, published in the British Medical Journal, was led by John Axelsson of the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.
Researchers have analyzed the sleep of some people aged 18 to 31, photographing them. The first time they were forced to sleep 8 hours, and then only 5 hours. The shots are made completely natural, without any makeup at all. Outcome? Signs of fatigue were most evident in those who had only taken 5 hours of sleep. The most attractive turned out to be those who had slept longer.
In short, it is no longer the eyes that speak, but the direct signs of the face, which are able to reveal how much you slept the night before. Moreover, the relationship between poor sleep and health has been confirmed in other studies, as well as attachment and attraction towards someone and his or her good health.
