Eat leeks and dried meat

Old Jahnie Recipe With Leeks
(The amount of ingredients is selected based on the number of people for whom it will be cooked. The recipe below is for 4-5 people)

4-5 pieces of dried meat

1.5 kg of fresh leeks

4-5 tablespoons olive oil

2 onions

1 tablespoon sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar

First, cook the dried meat for 30 minutes.

On the other hand, we clean the leek with running water and cut it through a knife into sloping pieces about 3-4 centimeters long.

In a saucepan, sauté the onions, add the leeks and continue to sauté until their volume drops.

Add tomato sauce, a little red pepper and mix lightly so as not to spoil the shape of the leek rings.

Then add the dried meat with its juice until the ingredients are half covered.

It is tested for salt if there is enough as the dried meat itself has salt and can release enough into its liquid during cooking.

(If the dried meat is very salty, make sure to leave it in water for 1-2 hours and then boil it with another water)

Then add pepper, bay leaves, a little vinegar (optional).

Cover with a lid and simmer for about 30-40 minutes until ready./
