Beans in the casserole

A traditional appetizing recipe that you will love.

- 500 g of white beans
- 250 g onion,
- A little oil,
- Pak pepper,
- Red pepper,
- Salt,
- Laurel leaf

1. Put the beans in the pot and add water until the beans are covered. Bring to the boil and then remove that water and add the other water and add the coarsely chopped onion.

2. When the beans are cooked until the skin is separated, fry the beans until you make a "warm frying" of oil, flour and pepper in the pan.

3. Fry the beans and let it boil for a few more minutes. Then add the bay leaf and toss it all in the fireproof pan.

4. Bake the beans in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius until crusty. Serve warm with pickles./
